Returns

 

Risk in any Product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.

You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying Weaver and Wilde by email within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please advise us by email or fax within 2 days of receiving it and we will do our best to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. You may return your purchased goods within 10 days of date of invoice to Weaver and Wilde at the address provided below. You must return them to us at your expense. The returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition with garment tags still attached. Please enclose a copy of the Delivery Docket and the reason for returning the goods.

Note: If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Weaver and Wilde reserve the right not to accept them upon return. Weaver and Wilde will refund your purchase price to you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned goods.

Please Note: Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt.

Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us. It is the responsibility of the customer to return items to Weaver and Wilde and obtain suitable insurance for the value of the goods enclosed.

Note: The value of returns or refunds is the value at time of purchase.
